One of the rudest salespersons I’ve ever met. Was asked to complete an RFP and he admitted that he didn’t understand half of them, told us it was ridiculous and said we would never get any meaningful information from it from any vendor, but “graciously” offered to send us his marketing kit. Funny, but we had 4 major vendors who not only understood the questions, but responded with a lot of meaningful detail that allowed us to narrow down the field in the first phase of our project. Have no idea what the Agency Expert system is like, but with a response like that from sales to a potential client, we knew we didn’t want to do business with them.
