Aspire, by Impowersoft, is a 100% web-based, CRM-inspired insurance agency management system. It was built by insurance experts to provide an all-in-one software solution for independent insurance agents to manage all aspects and departments in their business. Aspire allows agents to enhance productivity, increase efficiency, market to their clients like never before, and stay connected to their office from anywhere in the world.

The agency management system was developed under the careful direction of their CEO who has been in the insurance industry, both on the agency and carrier levels, for over a decade. Their vision was to create the best independent agency management application in the marketplace which would automate many processes and provide a system for the future. Only the latest technologies and features available were used in addition to the many features pioneered by Impowersoft. Aspire is designed for agencies of all sizes and is priced competitively while offering integrated features typically found by using many different applications.

    Prior to opening my own independent agency, I was with a direct write that had a very impressive management system. I was shocked at how difficult it was to find something comparable. I started out with one company for only 30 days that had horrific service (this has been corrected so I won’t use their name.) I then moved to another group that was easy to use and had good customer service but it was not set-up to handle commercial insurance, which is my focus. When I first started with Aspire 15 months ago, I thought I’d found the answer; however, customer service has gone way downhill, the commercial downloads I was promised NEVER materialized, and this is expensive for what I’m getting. I’m stuck with it for awhile – and all the manual work that goes with updating commercial accounts and commissions – because I can’t afford to change. I think this will be good as the refine their program but it isn’t there yet.

  • I chose Aspire as my management system when I opened my agency a year ago. I have not been disappointed. It accomodates all lines of coverage, including benefits, better than other systems I considered. The Impowersoft team is always willing to listen to my input and recommendations, and I like that my questions and comments are always addressed appropriately and timely. This system keeps us organized and efficient!

  • After many years with my current agency management system I researched new systems and compared their functionality and how they could best improve my agency. After quite a bit of comparison I arrived on the decision to move my agency to Aspire by Impowersoft. While their sales presentations and demos were impressive their product was never able to function for my agency. In the end I went back to my prior system and was able to get it back online. The total cost to my agency at this time is thousands of dollars, hundreds of hours in training and working with their staff, and the embarrassment of calling my prior provider and asking to reinstate my agency. In addition Impowersoft is refusing to refund any of my up-front deposit. I would never recommend their products or services. Caveat Emptor.

    I’ve been live on Aspire since October. I love it. Does everything I need and is really easy compared to what I’m used to. I get thank you emails from my contacts all the time because the system emails all of them on its own to wish them on my behalf. So I get the credit without lifting a finger. Can’t ask for anything more. The customer portal is a must have feature.

    I’ve been using Aspire for about 3 months now. Hands down, it’s the best system I’ve ever used or seen. What used to take me and my staff minutes to do before is now done in seconds. The layout puts important information at your fingertips and we find it very easy to learn and navigate. I was dreading the switch from TAM not only because of data migration issues, but also because it took us years to fully master only a small part of it. But these guys know what they are doing and I know we are effectively utilizing more of the system than ever before. The lead management, drip marketing, mobile device version and survey functions are my favorite features. I’ve referred 2 other agents to them (one from TAM and one from AMS360) and I get nothing but rave reviews from them too. I highly recommend this system to all agents and I am sure that you will thank me for this post. The only thing I didn’t like was the 2 month wait to get on board, but that just tells me that agents are flocking to them so I had no choice but to wait my turn to get trained.

    Aspire has been a great addition to our office envornment. It has helped maintain constant contact with our customers and prospective customers which has been instrumental in our operation. I am happy that I made the decision to go with Aspire by Impowersoft as they are on the cutting edge of technology and a step ahead of the competition…which also keeps me ahead!

    Aspire is a very unique product. We were a part of the original beta program and have seen this software grow and improve over the last 2 years. If you’re looking for a product which can handle all aspects of your business, this is the product for you. It goes above and beyond basic agency management and gives you tools for automated marketing programs such as drip emails and newsletters. The flow is easy to learn and our employees love it. The customer portal is one of our favorite features and a must have for any insurance agency going forward. Finally, I have to comment on their support and customer service…I’ve never felt such personalized attention. I know my reps by name and they know me. With support live chat built into the application, I find it convenient to get my questions answered while I continue to work on whatever I’m doing. They have a very bright future and I’m excited to say I have been involved since the beginning.

    I picked Aspire because of its robust web based functionality and user friendliness. I have been using Aspire for two months now and am very happy with my decision. Customer support is top notch, whenever I have question or need anything they get back to me within a few hours. They also offer a customer portal which I use as a selling point when quoting policies.
