    Not off to a great start. Onboarding support is literally non existent. Plugins don’t work and no one answers questions. So far, awful.

    After using FSC for a few years and wanting a complete package I moved to Ezlynx. I was extremely nervous about the move. I purchased the rater, management, bronze website, text, email and docusign. From day one the process has been great. The support is wonderful they are extremely helpful and I love the system. I am so happy with this product, I am so much more efficient. I actually can pull a list for cross sell download to excel then merge to word for labels. I know exactly where my agency stands at all times. I highly recommend this product.

    After 4 months of attempting to convert from Hawksoft to ExLynz, we are going back to Hawksoft. Poor communication, problems that are never resolved, empty promises.

    I can see that other users are frustrated by poor support. That is the same issue I’ve been having. as of today it’s been 10 days and 3 emails. Still no response. I like the system and if they helped people utilize it to it’s highest potential then it would sell itself. Like other tech companies they just don’t get that part of a business. Too bad, as professional insurance agents the best always get back to their clients promptly. I’m aware that they have videos and so forth, but that’s like us telling every prospect or client, they need to read everything and quote by looking it up of watching utube themselves then expect them to keeping pay us a monthly commission.

    We have been working with Ezlynx since they started the management system. We are a captive agency but can broker as well. So our Captive Insurance Company told use we have to use one of three management systems they approve. They didn’t approve ezlynx. I like ezlynx and all the updates they have made to the system. But here is my issue, I’m being forced to leave not by my choice. I asked for my data so that I can bring it into my new management system. Ezlynx data department has been ignoring my last email. I asked in an email if one of the techs was able to do a conference call with my new management system and I so that we can get the data correctly moved. Had NO reply back from them week and counting. I know you don’t like when someone is leaving you, but do the right thing and take care of our needs we are still customers.

    We are a small agency that has been using EZLynx for 2 years now. We love it! We originally used PL Rating (SilverPlume) and tried another half-dozen quote engines, but we liked EZLynx the best and switched to it.

    EZLynx is web-based. The software is on their server computers, not on your agency computers (unlike PL Rating which has to be installed on every computer your agency uses for quoting). So, there are no installation, updates or maintenance problems–EZLynx handles all of that at their end.

    With EZLynx, you just use your browser to sign-in to the EZLynx website, enter the quote info, select the carriers you want to use, and click “submit”.

    EZLynx then connects to each of the carriers and transfers your quote info into the carrier’s own quoting computer. The carrier computer generates the rates and reports them back to EZLynx. EZLynx then sorts and displays the results in the order you choose (we use lowest quote listed first).

    If you like the rate, you can click on the carrier logo and EZLynx will automatically transfer you to the carrier website to finish the job.

    Accuracy is the best possible. Since the rates are computed by the carriers’ own computers, the rates are as accurate as the info you put in.

    Quoting speed is limited by the speed of the carriers’ computers. You can see who has the fastest computers by watching the EZLynx progress bar for each carrier! Typically, even the slowest carrier reports back within 2 minutes or so. Some carriers report back in seconds. EZLynx displays the quote results from each carrier as soon as they are received.

    Price/Value? EZLynx offers the best price and the best value in a comparative rater that I have found. I have not used their other products, so I can’t comment on them.

    Complaints?
    –I don’t like the way EZLynx sprinkles the carrier-specific questions throughout the data entry pages. I would prefer to have them all in once place.
    –Customer service reps are very good, responsive and well-trained, but occasionally they are not immediately available.
    –EZLynx’s training and reference documentation are seriously deficient, making it harder to learn to use than it should be. Fortunately, it is mostly intuitive.
    –Once EZLynx displays the quote results, if you want to revise the quote, you have to exit the quote and then bring it back up. Annoying.

    Overall, EZLynx is by far the best comparative rater I have found. It excels in functionality, ease-of-use, and price/value. Highly recommended.

    We’ve used EZLynx for several years and can’t say enough good things about the system. Pricing is fair and the product continues to get better with each new update. The software is fast, intuitive and accurate. Bridging between AMS360 and EZLynx works flawlessly. We are considering switching to their InterSuite products in the future – if it can eventually replace our current management system.

    EZlynx is the best comparative rater we’ve ever used and with the expansion of their product offerings they look poised to be a real player in the marketing, website, SEO and CRM game too. My only small complaint is that there are elements of the EZlynx rater that are bit counter-intuitive but each version gets better and better. WebCetera does listen to agent feedback and acts on it fairly quickly. Very reasonable pricing for such a great product.

    We have been using ezlynx for about 6 years now and love it more every day! Their customer service is best reached by email but are always available by phone. What used to take us all day to do can be accomplished in about 15 minutes with ezlynx. We currently only use them as a comparative rater even though they offer many other products.

    We have been using EZLynx for 2 years now for auto rating and find it very easy to use. We get an excellent success rate on the quotes that are returned. The product is continually upgraded with additional functionality added to help our agency grow.
