  • Has anybody have any updated FEEDBACK/REVIEWS of the systems they are now using? We are looking into (in no particular order) HAWKSOFT, SIS PARTNER XE and eVo Agency Management System. Ken Butler is the man who developed D.O.R.I.S. all those years ago and created eVo about 8-9 years ago, so he’s been doing this fro a long time, but I’ve not heard much feedback regarding the eVo system. Has anybody looked at this system and how do you feel about it?? Any additional unbiased, honest info/feedback on PARTNER XE, eVo, and/or HAWKSOFT would be greatly appreciated!

    Overall I have nothing but positives to say and trust me I was very hesitant at first. They were promising to lower my monthly payment by half and still give me everything I needed. So if it sounds to good to be true it probably is but my girls liked it so I thought we would give it a try. We came from AMS 360. They brought over almost all of our information but they did have to do some clean up. The training was good they sent a couple of trainers to our office for a few days. We have now been on the system about a year and by far the customer support is far better than we ever had with AMS 360. The girls say its easier to do things so as long as they are happy I am happy.

    Our agency was experiencing speed issues with Partner XE. With 15 users, we could not afford the lack of productivity. We worked many long hours with the SIS team and identified the issue with our internal equipment after trying any available fixes. Once we made the necessary changes, Partner XE’s performance has been great and we’re operating at full speed.
    We’ve had other issues too and the SIS team has always been very helpful in showing us how to do things properly for ease of use. Thanks to the team at SIS for their support.

  • Wonder if anyone ever tested this system using the RULA guidelines. Users have to click through their entire list of vehicles to the very end in order to add or modify a new one. I handle commercial accounts and have one client with over 50 units on one policy and about 30 more on another. I also have arthritis in my hands. It’s painful! Most programs let you go to the end of a list with one key command. Also, there’s no way to reorder the numbering sequence of the units. This means one has to continue clicking until reaching the actual end which starts over repeatedly. Soooooooooooo Stupid

    I have been in the insurance business for over 40 years. One of the things I have learned is that there are a few companies that listen to what agents like me have to say. These are the companies that I know that I can rely on and work with profitably.

    I am happy to say that SIS is one of those companies that listens to insurance agents. Not only do you guys listen to what we say, you encourage us to speak up. You even get us together in workgroups to help us show you what things we would like to see in PartnerXE. Then we see things implemented that make our lives easier.

    Also, one of our insurance company marketing guys that comes in to help us with rounding out accounts uses PartnerXE in our office. He says that of all the systems he uses in different agencies PartnerXE is the easiest most intuitive to use.

    So, SIS gets 5 stars – for listening to its users and providing a platform that even occasional users find easy to use.

    We purchased this system and ignored the negative reviews because they were unsigned. BIG MISTAKE! The reason the negative reviews are unsigned is that SISWARE makes you sign a “NON DISPARAGE” agreement in order to let you out of a TWO YEAR contract.

    The system SO slow that servicing a customer while on the phone becomes awkward.
    You must leave a message and wait for customer service to call you back.
    The system does not work the way they will tell you it does.

    We’ve been using the Partner Xe management system for about 2 years now and I couldn’t be any happier to have made the change. The system is high tech and easy to work with.

    When our office has any questions the tech support team is AWESOME. (Specially Candace) They are always there to help.

    They are always making the system better. About twice a year or so they roll out some new enhancements. We love when we have more new features!!! Best part you don’t have to pay extra for these enhancements.

    I would give it 10 stars but I will only let me do 5.
    I do recommend this system.

    This is the 5th agency management system I have used over the past 20 years, and other than the steps needed to process a
    claim, have found this to be the best out there! When I have questions, support is right there for me. I would definately recommend this system.

    Our agency has 6 people, and all transitioned to SIS Partner XE easily. It’s been nearly two years since we transitioned from Applied, and we are extremely pleased with the product quality, customer service support and value. Learning XE with the online training modules was easy and convenient. The ongoing monthly information webinars hosted by SIS help keep our staff engaged and efficient with XE. SIS is open to feedback and suggestions, and its customer service team is top-notch. It’s been refreshing to experience various XE upgrades during the last two years, as each upgrade makes XE more valuable and our day-to-day jobs more effective. Thumbs up!

    Transitioning to Partner XE was initially a very anxious decision for my team. We looked at quite a few other systems in the market, including the online versions that our previous vendor (Applied) offered. We based our decision on the ease-of-use, the intuitiveness of the workflows, the accounting system, the Outlook integration, and the affordability of the system. We were able to lock in our prices for 24 months; we didn’t get any fee ‘locks’ from the other vendors. This was particularly important because the monthly fees are about 50% less with Partner Xe than what we were paying after our most recent price increase on our old system.
    The conversion went as well as expected and the customer support team helped us through the transition. There were some minor bumps along the way but some of that was on our end because we didn’t clean-up our database as well as we should have.
    We don’t always reach the support desk on our first call, but they always follow-up within a couple of hours. There are a couple of things we’d like to see in Partner Xe so hopefully we’ll see those features in the next release or two.
    Overall we’re very happy with how easy the system is to use and the support we receive from the customer support desk.

    Big mistake buying into this system. We purchased it because of the price difference in the Applied program. Now I know why it was cheaper. When you have a problem and call them (get this!) you have to leave a message and they will call you back at their leisure. If I told one of my clients that, you know what would happen. They have you hooked in, it’s too much trouble and expensive to switch. They do not have enough staff to provide anything that comes close to service. Stay away, they can’t provide helpl when you need it.

    Please do not buy this management system.

    One of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. The head of the sales is dishonest and misconstrues the things this system can do. I’m going back to AMS as soon as I can. I wouldn’t believe a word out of their mouthes!

  • Our agency has been in business for 40 plus years and we have never invested in a management system. After months of research on line and speaking to several different insurance agencies we chose Partner XE-SIS. We go live in a few weeks so my experience with the system is very limited but I can tell you that the customer service and training offered thus far has been amazing.
    Every question has been answered in a timely fashion and I know without a doubt, that the team at Partner XE has made every effort to make this transition as smooth as possible. We are excited and looking forward to the future. I plan on posting again in a few months after we’ve gone live/paperless. Thanks Partner XE!!!!

    Partner XE’s Customer Service is TOP NOTCH!! I have always had a very good experience working with their CSR’s, however, recently they truly saved the day!! I recently got a new computer and did not realize that we had lost our download capability with three of our companies. When we did discover this I immediately got on the phone with the companies. I spent days working with all three companies trying to solve our problem. Nothing worked! I called Partner’s Customer Service Department and had the good fortune of speaking with Chris F. He discovered what the problem was, and had everything fixed in less than 10 minutes! He was awesome to work with, and he truly saved the day!!! You just can not beat the service here!!

    I was an Applied user for over twenty years and loved applied. I was tempted to leave applied as the support cost was just eating me alive. I made the switch a little over a year ago and do not regret having done so. It was more than a little slow to begin with, but improvements have been made. It is still a little slow, but not killing us… The functionality and capabilities are on par with Applied, and I am paying less than half. They also seem to regularly make improvements. I did not find the training to be that big of a problem, even though the accounting is vastly different than Applied’s. I would recommend going to double monitors if you don’t already have them. Scaning and filing are easy, but I liked Applied’s certificate system quite a bit better. The people have always been helpful and I have no complaints about customer service.
    Just in case it makes a difference, our agency is very small, we are not completely paperless, and we function with just three people.

  • I have worked in the Insurance Industry for 27 years and have used numerous agency management systems from AMS360, Sagitta, Epic, Applied and others. I LOVE-LOVE Partner XE ! I have been on line with the system for 2 1/2 weeks now and it only took 2 days with the tutorial and help of their excellent customer service team to figure it out. I found the navigation to be very easy and what I couldnt figure out, their service team guided me through. It does everything (and in alot of cases more) than other management systems do. Feedback and suggestions for improvement and ease of doing business is encouraged and welcomed, by their service team. Not only are they listening to our needs, but charging alot less than other providers do. This is one of the best systems Iv’e used and anyone with experience using an agency management system, should be able to navigate with ease. If you have no experience no problem, the Customer Service is excellent and they WANT to help. If your looking for a new system, try this one ! You wont have any regrets !

    THIS SYSTEM IS BEST DESCRIBED AS A MUCH SLOWER, DEMONSTRABLY LESS PRODUCTIVE, LESS USER FRIENDLY, MORE EXPENSIVE DOWNGRADE FROM SEMCI PARTNER. I HAVE 10M DOWNLOAD AND 3M UPLOAD SPEEDS AND THE SYSTEM IS STILL SLOW SLOWER SLOWEST. TRAINING WAS LAUGHABLE; THE PEOPLE THAT INITIALLY DEVELOPED THE SEMCI PARTNER PRODUCT AT STATE AUTO WOULD HAVE EVEN RELEASED XE. THIS TURD JUST CAN’T BE POLISHED ENOUGHT TO EVEN LOOK BAD.

  • We just moved from AMS Prime. I have used Applied and AMS throughout my 15 year career, and this system is the best I have ever seen! Plus, the customer service is the best!! AMS we had to wait, be patched through telephone systems, billing was always a mess.. We love Partner XE. Their integration with Microsoft Outlook is genius.. We save at least 30% -50% in time and efficiencies. I have never felt better about our ability to protect from E & O..

  • This is a joke. The most unorganized and decietful group I’ve ever dealt with. My advise is to stay completely away. The sales team is very dishonest and extremely misleading. After going through the experience I can honestly say. There’s not alot of integrity within.

    I have been using Xe for about 5 years now. I’ve worked at agencies that use management systems like Applied and Vertifore, and the level of service and ease of use just isn’t the same. SIS is not the size of these other companies so they are more dedicated to your business and really learn about your agency. They take the time to listen and to help. The system as a whole is constantly improving and has made my employees life much easier because the workflows make sense–and did from almost day on–and we found it a lot easier to navigate around in than a citrix like environment like Applied TAM as well as a vast system like AMS360. Xe’s pricing has always been more than fair and has saved my agency a lot of money. If you’re looking for bang for your buck, I would advise taking a hard look at this system.
