    We (Neilson Marketing Services) recently entered a partnership with RSP to offer our telemarketing at a discounted rate to RSP users. Our callers have had great success using the RSP system and the RSP customers who have shared their experiences using the RSP system with us have given nothing but rave reviews. Deborah and Dennis have worked with our team to help streamline processes and are continually improving their product. As software vendors go, you will never find one as open to change and suggestions as RSP has been and that’s what makes their product better than any other insurance specific CRM I’ve come across.

    Using RSP is like putting your prospecting and customer retention system on turbo charge. I really like the way it keeps track of all my important To Do items and makes me look like I am very organized (even when I am not).
    Our company pays for Salesforce.com but I find RSP much more relevant for the insurance industry.

    SalesPro has been one of the secrets to my success. When I was on the cover of Rough Notes in 1998 I mention back then that we were using a dynamic CRM called MarTech (the forerunner of SalesPro) to get and retain customers. I may have said it was kind of like ACT on steroids and specifically designed for the insurance industry. The new system is a web based SAAS and it is even more robust. It is also very easy to use.

    This is the best system you will ever find to manage your insurance leads and get new appointments!
