RoboForm
One of the more difficult things in an agency is managing all of the users IDs and passwords required by various insurance companies. When you have a different user ID and password for each carrier, banking, news, airline and entertainment Web site you visit, it’s easy to forget the magic words.
Roboform manages all of your password-encrypted web sites with one master password. Just list your favorite secure sites and access information once in Roboform, and every subsequent time you visit those password-protected URLs, the program will log you in automatically. For added security, your Roboform master password encrypts the user IDs and passwords it manages, rendering them inaccessible to unauthorized users and unreadable by hackers even if they are stolen.

I’ve been using RoboForm for a number of years. No more keeping track of user ids and passwords. Easy to install, easy to use, totally secure and most of all a real time saver.

We have been using RoboForm and recommending it to agencies for years. It is a great tool for helping with all of those passwords we need to remember. But it does much more than that. There are now several versions of RoboForm available. If you get it for more than 5 people get the enterprise edition. My advice is to stay away from the online version for now. That’s the last place I want my passwords to be kept (Online that is).

Love it! The only reason Cust Svc didn’t get a perfect score is that I don’t think I’ve ever needed them, so I cannot judge their service.
RoboForm not only manages passwords but also helps you devise more secure passwords. It stores private notes. It also stores your personal data and will fill forms with that data at the click of a button, making it amazingly simply to sign up for continuing ed classes or to order supplies.
I cannot think of anything that could improve upon RoboForm other than its integration with our agency management system so it could update our TransactNow passwords for us as we change them.
And a huge thank you to TAAR for pointing out this software a few years ago!
