Starting with the award-winning Salesforce.com (SF) platform and adding the ACORD data standards, TechCanary has built a full-featured Agency Management System for all lines of business from property, casualty, life, health, and employee benefits to specialty lines.  TechCanary is written natively in SF code and resides in the SF database.  It is not a separate AMS solution merely connected to the SF platform.  TechCanary provides agents an out-of-the-box, pre-configured, CRM/AMS solution that they can easily re-configure to work exactly the way they want whether it is re-arranging screen layouts, adding, removing or re-labeling fields or creating email templates, dashboards, reports, and automatic workflows. It is a true “open” system with many options to import and export information and includes email and phone integration.

    It has been over 10 months of having to keep our old system as well as TechCanary due to the fact they can’t get our data visible to us. Our Rater still isn’t integrated, we can’t edit our certificate of Insurance. We were massively over promised on many things that not if we wanted those it will cost us much more. I could go on for days but No I would NOT recommend this company to any agency out there.

    Great system if you have an extra $250k to spend on customization, slow response time, this system is not ready for prime time. They massively overpromise and underdeliver.

    I cant say enough good things about TechCanary. It has literally transformed how we operate. Prior to choosing TechCanary we looked at every system on the market and found ourselves frustrated by the lack of customization and hard to learn workflows.
