    Well I was excited to go back to Agency Advantage after I left them several years ago. After talking to the sales person and telling me all the wonderful things that their software was going to do for my agency. I decided to give them more than $1900.00 with the understanding that I will be on line with my clients in their system in 30 days. It did not happen they did not call me to explain anything that was goin on, finally I called. Their answer no worries it will be ready in a week. Finally I decided to stop the process and stay with the company I am now. Pasture is not greener in the other side. Talked to the owner (not a very nice person) he said he will keep the money because he did the job. Really?

  • Their software is very slow since they moved everyone to the cloud. We are taking our business elsewhere, as everytime that we have to call them there are always new people there the turnover is terrible.

    I have been working with the Agency Advantage since 1991. We are a non-standard agency with an even book of commercial and personal lines. Agency Advantage allow me to track sales, commission and referrals.

    Some of Agency Advantage’s stong points are its ease of use and the ability to download from most companies and raters. The staff is quick to solve problems and accept suggestions.

    I could not more highly recommend the Agency Advantage for your agency management needs.

    I have used AA for over 10 years. I am a single location with 85% personal lines (60% auto/40% property), 10% Main Street Commerical & Commercial Auto, 5% Life Insurance.
    AA can track and manage every line of business with ease.

    My top five strengths of the system are:
    1. Highly intuitive & Super Simple User Interface
    2. Processing downloaded policy files is 2nd to none
    3. Simple pricing
    4. Regular updates with meaningful improvements and staff that is very, very open to user suggestion
    5. Very quick response time from support staff
    Other notable benefits:
    Comparative Rater integrations, ACORD form library, outstanding agency EFT accounting, outstanding notes/diary entry system at the customer level, & document management.

    Areas for improvement:
    1. AA is not particularly strong with assisting an agency with marketing
    2. Managing the trust account by integrating data with Quickbooks taks a few steps (However, the integration is very good)
    3. AA does not handle agency payroll, operating, or other general ledger expenses. This must be handled by an accounting program, such as QuickBooks
