  • Hey Adam,

    Not quite sure why you keep sending this to collections, but Charlie Griffin scammed me into thinking he had a certified integration product with EPIC when in fact he had a one-off he built for someone else. I entered this agreement which the understanding that I would need to provide a SDK licensee which I did and paid Applied Systems $2,000.00 for the SDK. Once the SDK was in place, it was determined that it would not work with the BlueWave and was offered another configuration from the Applied Sales Team which was to use BLUEWave VOIP and BlueC “certified” integrated porduct and BLUEC would comp cost of the ‘Taps” needed to allow Bluewave access to my BlueButler SDK license.

    Benjamin, I am not sure what happen but for whatever reason BlueC and bluewave could not make it work or would not work together. Now this is where the story gets good, you see I came in to work one morning and wait no phones, O shit…what just happened here. Well, it turns out, Charlie pushed the port thru even knowing with the phones still in the box, not plug-in and some 100’s of miles from where they need to be to work as designed.

    So here I am, six business locations with no phones, and i think it was a Friday in my memory is correct. When I spoke with Charlie that day, I requested that he push had ported numbers back, and that I didn’t want to moved forward if BlueC and bluewave could not make it work, and you want to know his response to that request? ……

    well ….”it’s going to cost you $35,000 to get your numbers “pushed” back.

    Now Adam, please ask yourself, would you treat “your” client’s that way? Is that the normal cost for such a request?

  • Kotter Support went above and beyond! Cody from Kotter tried for days to work with my internet/email provider to resolve errors that were occurring with Outlook. He went as far as taking me out of the middle and offering to talk to them directly. After a couple of frustrating weeks and only temporary success, he offered to set our email up on Kotter through Google and we wouldn’t even have to change our email addresses. The best part was that all of this would be free!!! Now our email is working smoothly and I was able to contact my ISP and take their email hosting charges off of my monthly bill. I even got a follow-up call from Cody to see how it was going. Great customer service!
